How to relubricate electric cylinders?
Relubrication is simple using the easy access port located in the center of the aluminum body. Please follow the steps below to relubricate the cylinder:
1. Unscrew the cap covering the access port.
2. Perform a controlled extension until the piston completely passes through the access port.
3. Apply grease directly onto the ball screw using an appropriate grease gun nozzle.
4. Retract the cylinder until the piston passes through the access port.
5. Repeat the above steps for 2 to 3 times.
It is recommended to relubricate the cylinder every 100 km of operational distance or refer to the table below for guidance on relubrication intervals:
